End User License Agreement

Product: Dyxit for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
License Grant
DATAIPA.PRO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use Dyxit solely for your internal business operations in accordance with this agreement.
Restrictions
You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.

Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties.

Use the software for unlawful purposes or outside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ownership
Dyxit and all related intellectual property rights remain the sole property of DATAIPA.PRO. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
Updates & Support
DATAIPA.PRO may provide updates or patches at its discretion. Support is available via official channels listed on our website.
Warranty Disclaimer
Dyxit is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
DATAIPA.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Dyxit.
Termination
This agreement terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall Dyxit.
Governing Law
